But, it is not likely to happen due to the fact that ; all the functions of the government ministries have been handling by their " Loyalist " ; and never ever likely to happen in the immediate future .
The Burmese People were ruthlessly crushed and killed so many thousands and millions of the Innocents and are really scared of the tactics used by the Military Generals : Rule with Fear .
