After ; General Ne Win's successful taken over of the Civilian Government from : Prime Minister : U Nu in 1962 ; the " Tatmadaw ", has effectively disregard of the " Pinlong Agreement ", and the dreams of the Ethnic Leaders from all the States within the Union were being toss out just as it is a piece of a useless paper . Since that time on : the Tatmadaw of the Burmese Military has been committing with all kinds of genocides , open an all out war front with all the Ethnic People in all the States , and gradually sinking the country into " Chaos ", and as a consequence of that the country Social changes , Economic decline and pulling the country way back with no chance of turning around to this day ---the Military Generals and with the changes of the Junta after one another ; it has been more than 48 years already .
