    The patience of the voices of the people were running very thin in Burma ; with the recent developments of news from the opposition parties deciding not to contest in the election and compete with the party that is formed by the military generals that is largely made up of the current ministers from the military government .
    In the Northern part of the country ; Kachin State in particular ; the military generals and the Kachin Independence Army have been negotiation for the transformation of the Kachin Rebels Forces into Border guards forces ; under the control of the Military Generals .
    The negotiations breaks down and the military have given the KIA ---a dead line to come up with an answer whether they will agree with their plan or else facing with the war . The Naypyidaw have already sent more than a hundred trucks to the Capital of Kachin State ( Myitkyina ) ; and Bhamo ---with the tanks that has been provided from the Chinese Government . The Chinese are taking advantage of the weakened government of the Burmese Military Generals by letting the two fierce forces fight with one another to create a " CIVIL WAR " in Burma . I am denouncing the Chinese Government for their tactics in Burma that is allowed to have the civil war breaking out in the very near future before the election in October of 2010.
