The Burmese Military Generals and their illegal election in 2010 .

The Burmese Military Generals were planning to have the election in 2010 , without the major opposition figure ; the Nobel Laureate : Daw Aung San Su Kyi ---by denying her from participating in the process from the grounds of reason is , she is a prisoner & have been married to the British Citizen .
In 1990 , when the same military generals & the junta have allowed her to participate in the election process at the time ; the same tokens of the reasons given to ; Daw Aung San Su Kyi ---were not being brought up & mentioned at the time . She won the election with a sounding majority of votes and defeated the military generals and their party . But, at the time , the military generals have nullified the results of the voices of the people & their votes and effectively detained her at her own home ever since and to this day ; she has been held as a prisoner at her own home for 14 years of the last 20 years .
The Military Generals , led by the strongman : Gen: Ne Win & some of his top officials of the army have staged a coup in 1962 from the elected government of the Prime Minister : U Nu and have ruled the country with fear and at the time of the taking over of the power from the elected government ; the military have crushed & killed thousands of the Rangoon's University Students at the time . The killings never came to a stop for the military regime and continued on with their genocides / atrocities throughout the nation . The military have staged a war with all the opponents in the ethnic states in the Union of Burma and the civil war have begun .
In the late 70s the military generals have , transformation of their army uniforms into the civilian roles and declared a party of ---" The Burmese Way to Socialism " ,and continued with their terror of ruling under the banner of the Burmese Way to Socialism & with the civilian's role as a party without any opposition party to contest with them in the election process . It is only a one sided rule with authoritarian government .
In the late 80s. U Ne Win and his government were having problems at controlling the domestic instability and being overthrown by his loyalist Lieutenant : General : Than Shwe & his top commanders from the army . Gen:Than Shwe is much more ruthless than his predecessor and mentor : Gen:Ne Win . The killing fields of Burma : began and never came to a stop . In 1988 , the military have crushed the student movement and killed thousands and thousands of the students and the innocent by-standers .
The Military Generals are not only killing with their countryman , but also enriching themselves and their families & relatives by selling out the entire national resources above and underground to the northern neighbor : China . China has invested heavily in Burma for their economic interest & in return at the United Nations Security Council meeting ; every time defended for the Burmese Military Generals and stood-by them on the grounds and reasons that , " Do not interfere in other nation's internal affairs ".
In northern Burma , Kachin State ; the regional military general that oversees their entire state has been selling out all the national forest to the Chinese Loggers and have created a natural disasters & ruined the ecosystem as well as the Global Warming factors that contributed the increased temperature in the Summer that as high as over 100 hundred degree F . It has not happened during the lifetime that , I was growing up at the City that I was born an raised in Myitkyina ( Kachin State ) , Burma . During the time that ; I was still living in the town ---in the rainy season ; it rains so hard for days and weeks continuously . After , I left from Burma in 1979 to the United States ; the situation got worse and worse to a point from the logging industries from the Chinese in China ; which they chopped down every tree including the ones that are meant for re-establising new forest in a few decades from the time that is intent and left to grow as young trees .
I strongly protest to the Chinese Government in the deforestation of the northern Burma deep rain forest in Kachin State . Besides from the onset of destroying the forest , the Chinese Government is building a : Dam ----at the beginning of the Irrawaddy River for exporting electricity back to China . The local people that have been living around the river bed and farming lands for centuries have found themselves that , they have to re-locate to other higher grounds . The compensation that is given back to the local Kachin People in the areas were not enough and not only destroying their livelyhood of farming in their lands , but relying on the river & and the fishery products were also taken away from them . The local Kachin People have written numerous letters to the Sr. Gen: Than Shwe ---for appealing were being denied . Appealing to the Chinese Authorities were also being rejected .
The Chinese Government & the Burmese Generals were in effect --committing rapes of the ---Burmese People & their Nation . The Burmese Military Generals are not the " Legitimate Government of Burma ", they are in effect ruling with the power of " Guns " , and with " Fear " to their countryman . The Burmese Generals can be compared to those of the World War Two --Nazis . The world have seen enough of the atrocities / genocides / rapes / torture / murderers / children soldiers / mass re-locations of ethnics from their homeland / the entire villages were being burned down to the ground and destroyed all the farming lands and killed all the live stocks .
The Military Generals were planning to have the election in 2010 , and have the constitutional amendment changes to their favor . They are once again , will turn themselves into the civilian roles from the army uniforms and will contest in the election . The similartites were the same as it was in the late 80s , of the Gen: Ne Win's and his army ; changing from the military to the civilian roles and ruled the country until he was overthrown by his ownman .
I am pleading the International Communities ; not to recognize this military regime and only recognize to the winner of the election in 1990 ; which is won by the opposition party ( NLD ---the national league for democracy ) .
I am demanding ; justice for the Burmese Poeple : that were suffered too much at the hands of the military generals for 48 years . The Burmese People : deserves to have the " :Liberty , Democracy & Freedom " as we all have it in the Freeworld . Please help the Burmese People & the Nation to have the " Green Revolution " !.
