    The United Nations General Secretary : Ban Ki Moon , must show his ability to the free world and their desire to take on all the rouge nations in this global campaign to stop all the human rights abuses from taking place in countries such as , Iran , North Korea , Burma , Valenzuela , Sudan and the People's Republic of China as well . As long as , in the above countries continuation of the human rights abuses exists , the United Nations as a world body will not be an effective organization , and a wastes of money for most of the biggest contributors from the industrialized countries .
    The United Nations must use outside firms to audit their spending as a way to combat the waste and abuses from taking place and spend the money for all the causes that are in short of money and manpower to drive it to succeed .
    Also , it is about time for the UN : Secretary General to use his authority to persuade the Burmese Military Junta to release , the Nobel Peace Laureate : Daw Aung San Su Kyi , from the detention of her own home , prior to the announced election of November 7th. 2010 . The UN : Secretary General : Ban Ki Moon has to show to the world that , he is in effect one of the most influential leader of the organization in the history of the United Nations .
