The Chinese Premier : visitation to Burma and the condition of the Militia Groups in between the Burmese Army & All the Ethnic Militant Groups.

After the visit to Burma ; from the Premier of the People's Republic of China : Web Jiobin ; the Burmese Military Junta were being convinced by China that ; with the economic co-operation between the two countries there is little to gain ; if the military generals will go ahead with their plan to pressure the Ethnic Militant Groups to join the border guards forces or face with the imminent confrontation from the military armies .
China is very smart enough to elude the Burmese Generals , not to pursue with their plan of declaring a war on all the militant groups ; if they do not accept the proposals from them as joining the border guard forces . Now , China have signed with the Burmese Military Generals on economic agreements , in the event of the military generals cracking down on all the Ethnic Kachin People around the Irrawaddy River ; where the beginning of the river ; Maykha & Malikha joined together : in around the area as the Chinese have planned to build a hydorpower generation plant to produce electricity for use in , Yunnan Province in China . With the continuing planning to move all the more than 60 villages from that area , the Kachin Armed Group : KIO ----will not just sit down and let this happen with the abusing of the Burmese Military Authorities to force all the people to move to other designated areas . Most likely , the KIO , will wage a war on the Burmese Military Army .
