- was born in 1950 , the 5th.of the 7th.sibling in the family of the parents--Mr.Seik Woo ( alias ) U Sein Oo & Wong Khoon Yein ; of Myitkyina ( Kachin State / Burma). Attended the # 1. State high School and graduated in 1968 and was admitted to the Institute of Agriculture ( Mandalay/ Burma ) and attended there for 4 years until 1972 and later dropped out to pursue the family business . Left the country in 1979 and immigrated to the United States with the family . Was married to wife ; Patricia Kyi in 1977 before being relocated to the United States and a year later ; she joined her husband and settled down in the City of La Puente ; later on moved to the City of Montebello ; in Los Angeles ( California ). The married couple lived there for a little more than a year and later moved to their present home in the City of Rosemead in 1983 to their newly purchased home . In 1983 of October ; the Oldest daughter was born and an addition to her ; in 1989 ---her brother was born .
