In the South China Sea , the People's Republic of China's Navy Ships have , in the past have clashes with the Vietnam's Navy and captures so many of the Vietnam's fishing trawlers and boats and expelled them from the International Waters .
Now with this incidence between China and Japan , the People's Republic of China , seems out... of step and an act of : " Barbaric Behavior ", which is not acceptable to the International communities around the world , which is a threat not only at the nearby countries , but a threat to all the regional peace and security as well .
