    The South Korea have the right to seek , UN action against North Korea , over the ship sinking at the Korea International waters , by the North's secret sub-marine missions with the torpedoes and along with the approximate 46 sailors were perished with the sinking ship to the bottom of the sea .
    The aggression of the North Korea have to taken serious into account to prevent the outbreak of another incident of the similar ; Korea War in between 1950-to 1953 at the time . During those years , the North Korea has started the war by firing into the demilitarized zone and penetrated inside the South Korea territories with the Chinese communist government troops ; posing as the North Korean military troops and the outbreak of the Korean War have taken atoll on both sides with the cease fire agreement and drawn onto the demilitarized zone as a buffer zone as it has been standing for both sides today .
    No one , even the People's Republic of China ; cannot guarantee to have another outbreak of war in between the two sides of the Korea Peninsula .
    As recently as a couple weeks ago ; the North Korea leader : Kim Jong Ill ---travel to China for unrelated discussions and the North Korea ; possibly asking for more aids from the Chinese ; and the Chinese refused to extend with more aids to the North Korea . The , North Korean have not and does not taking the advise from their key ally ; the Chinese Communist government in China .
    Even , the ---Chinese cannot persuade their key ally ; the North Korean to come to a better terms with the international communities and with that in mind the world will be able to help them with so many of the obstacles facing in their society .
    If , the ---North Korea doesn't come to a better terms with the International communities , the hostilities between the nations might easily be erupted again .
    Hopefully , The Chinese will be able to contain the ---North Korean and the United Nations Security will not have to censure with more aids to the North Korea , amid the innocent people in the North will be facing with more hunger .
